我国居民在加拿大买房投入的资金是天文数字。从21世纪经济报道记者采访及相关报告来看，2014到2015年间，中国买家在加拿大楼市每年投入上千亿元。实际上我国居民在美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等国家买房投入的资金相当巨大。尽管我国的外汇储备非常庞大，但是如此高的外汇流入外国房地产，令人担心。我国居民买房已经达到疯狂地步。外国房地产完全是市场经济，政府并不干预房地产市场，房地产风险非常高昂，如果我国居民希望通过国外买房来资产保值，就大错特错了。一旦国外房地产灾难来了，房子租不出去，还要交房产税，大难就来了
