耶伦：新一轮加息条件已具备
据《日本经济新闻》8月29日报道，美国联邦储备委员会(FRB)主席耶伦在8月26日的演讲中表示，“美国就业数据出现改善，新一轮加息的条件已经具备”，显示出继2015年12月之后启动新一轮加息的意向。虽然耶伦并未提及具体的加息时间，很有可能是在9月下旬的下次会议上决定。将于9月上旬发布的美国8月就业统计数据将成为判断加息时间的重要因素。
耶伦在各国央行行长等参加的经济座谈会上发表演讲。美联储2015年12月时隔9年半实施加息之后 ，新一轮加息推迟了8个月。美国就业指标出现改善，英国脱离欧盟问题也走向平息，市场再次开始关注美联储的新一轮加息时间。
耶伦在演讲中表示，“家庭支出持续扩大”。虽然美国4-6月实际国内生产总值(GDP)因设备投资不振而表现低迷，但耶伦强调“就业数据改善，预计未来GDP将持续缓慢增长”。
美联储将在9月20-21日召开下次美国联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)。耶伦表示“FOMC认为持续缓慢的加息是合适的”，虽然并未提及加息时间，但表示“最近几个月新一轮加息的条件已经具备”。由于就业统计数据波动较大，预计美联储将根据9月2日发表的下次统计数据判断何时加息。（来源：环球网）
