汇丰：上调金沙中国目标价至28.9元
汇丰报告表示，昨晚出席了金沙中国(01928) 巴黎人开幕礼，该项目以艾菲尔铁塔作标志，设计主题清晰明确，主攻中场客，商场内餐饮及零售部份多元化，有助延长旅客逗留时间，认为是另一个必到景点。此外，连接金沙中国旗下赌场及度假酒店的接驳巴士也有助提升新赌场人流量，目标价由24元上调至28.9元，现价相当于2017年企业价值19倍，意味股价有14%下行空间，维持“持有”评级，相信6%股息率可为股价提供支持。
该行表示，随着巴黎人正式开幕，集团资本开支已趋向见顶，旗下所有赌场组合所产生的EBITDA将直接转化成现金流及股息。基于金沙资产负债表较同业强劲，及承诺派息，作为高息股的金沙中国受到市场追棒。
与永利澳门(01128) 旗下永利皇宫相比，该行指，巴黎人主攻中场客，初期对博彩收益的影响较少。又补充巴黎人开幕，位于路(乙水)的项目受到较大压力，尤其是威尼斯人。（来源：智通财经）
