央行外币对本币远期合约和期货合约空头头寸大幅增加
中国央行最新数据显示，9月底外币对本币远期合约和期货合约空头头寸453亿美元，为央行披露以来首次出现变动。自央行今年3月底首次披露该数据以来，一直维持在289亿美元的水平。
央行披露有关空头头寸的信息是提高外汇干预透明度的重要一步，该举措进一步减少围绕人民币的不确定性，避免市场仅因信息不足而过度反应，从而促进汇率稳定。
央行表示，外币对本币的远期和期货空头头寸主要反映了人民银行为满足企业外币负债套期保值需求而与商业银行开展的外汇远期操作。
央行称，空头头寸为央行与商业银行开展的外汇远期操作，主要为满足企业外币负债套期保值需求；央行远期操作对未来外汇储备规模的影响较小。
