法国巴黎银行：最新2017年WTI及布伦特油价预估
法国巴黎银行(BNP Paribas)策略师Harry Tchilinguirian周四(1月12日)表示，基于目前市场的状况，该行上调了2017年美国原油(WTI)和布伦特原油的价格预估。
法国巴黎银行将2017年美国原油预期上调7美元，至每桶56美元；并将2017年布伦特原油预估上调8美元，至每桶58美元。
同时，该行对2018年美国原油的预期在每桶61美元，布伦特原油在每桶63美元。Tchilinguirian在报告中称，“今年油市走向将主要取决于各国遵守减产协议的情况。”
作为全球最大石油出口国，沙特目前的产量已经降至22个月低点。沙特能源部长法力赫(Khalid Al-Falih)周四表示，目前的产量已经不到1000万桶/日。沙特之前承诺的是将产量削减48.6万桶/天，降至1005.8万桶/天同时，据科威特和阿尔及利亚石油部长也表示，这两个国家也已经超额完成了减产目标。
法国巴黎银行指出，2017年原油市场存在五大主题，分别是石油输出国组织(OPEC)减产、俄罗斯产量、美国页岩油、非OPEC国家储量和美元汇率。
