相比美元，欧元的基本面正在改善；美联储委员们仍维持今年加息三次的预期不变，释放出谨慎信号，预计美联储和其他央行之间的政策分化程度暂时不会有太大变化；再者，投资者对特朗普刺激计划的预期因奥巴马医改替代法案的失败而降温；此外，荷兰大选结果以及法国极右翼候选人勒庞在民调中进展不大减少了欧元兑美元的下行风险。考虑到如上种种因素，我行将欧元兑美元EUR/USD本季度末的预期从1.00上调至1.08，同时将年底价格预期从1.08上调至1.12。
