温暖的天气在2月帮助非农人数增加了3-5万人，不过随后异常寒冷的天气料将令3月就业人口减少3-6万人，因此虽然美国潜在就业人口增速高于趋势，但仍预计非农人数将较2月有所下滑；此外，由于就业参与率可能会从此前的高位回落，失业率其料将持稳；我行预计美国3月非农就业人口将增加17万，失业率料持稳4.7%，此外预计平均小时工资环比与同比将分别上升0.2%和2.7%。
