上海保险业发展“十三五”规划纲要将出炉
据上证报，《上海保险业发展“十三五”规划纲要》即将出炉。根据纲要规划，到2020年，上海要基本建成与上海经济社会发展需求相适应的现代保险服务体系；保费收入占国内生产总值和与总人口之比将分别达到6%和7300元/人。具体来看，上海保险市场将进一步深化简政放权，放宽保险机构和高管人员准入管理，加快推进“证照分离”管理改革，强化事中事后监管；研究负面清单监管方式，持续提高保险业对外开放水平；支持保险法人公司加快海外网点布局；探索开展外汇长期人身险业务等。
