CySEC要求外汇经纪商披露更多客户投诉信息
针对外汇和二元期权经纪商的客户投诉，塞浦路斯金融监管机构CySEC已经宣布新的披露要求。虽然CySEC之前就已要求经纪商定期披露客户投诉，但为与泛欧监管机构ESMA议案要求一致，CySEC表示——从本季度开始，所有授权经纪人将需要提供额外的信息。
新的客户投诉披露包括：
1.经纪商在报告期间（月）是否收到过客户的投诉。
2.活跃客户数量，其定义为在过去六个月内至少进行了一次交易的客户。
3.单独披露与投资者撤出资金有关的客户投诉，包括客户与经纪商就客户能够从其投资账户中撤出的金额发生不同意见的情况。
4.事件发生的日期。
5.支付给投资者的金额，如果投诉得到解决。
CIF必须从2017年4月1日开始收集上述数据。有关4月份数据的首例披露必须在2017年5月5日前提交给CySEC。
