美联储费希尔：渐进加息有助经济扩张 并降低海外风险
费希尔表示，英国脱欧迄今为止没有严重干扰金融市场，中国经济似已进一步站稳脚跟，而欧洲的失业率在稳步下降。
循序渐进加息似乎既可以令美国经济扩张的潜能发挥到最大，同时也可以降低海外意外溢出的风险。
费希尔预计，美国经济的持续扩张将推动美联储退出宽松措施；由此，外国经济体有望受益于那些推动美联储收紧政策的形势发展。
费希尔指出，大多数海外央行应该都能够通过恰当的政策行动来降低以他们不希望方式收紧金融环境的影响。
很多新兴经济体的基本面已得到显著改善，包括经常账户逆差缩小和通胀预期趋稳，这应该让他们能更好地经受美国紧缩带来的效应，当然，还有一些弱点依旧存在。
