英国提前大选板上钉钉 投行看涨看衰观点不一
继英国首相梅于本周二(4月18日)宣布将提前举行大选后，本周三(4月19日)当地时间下午，英国议会以522:13的压倒性票数支持英国首相梅在昨日公布的提前举行大选的动议。英国确定将于6月8日举行大选。
市场对这一政治变局做出强烈反应，欧股大跌英镑下挫后大幅反弹。德意志银行(deutsche bank)甚至放弃了英镑/欧元将至平价的预期。
不过法国兴业银行(601166,股吧)(societe generale)外汇策略团队则指出，虽然英镑或因空头回补而进一步上扬，但其长期前景并未出现任何实质性改变。
荷兰合作银行(rabobank)则表示，英镑近期的前景很可能会受到周日法国大选结果的影响。
该行认为，今年以来市场已不再尤其担心民粹主义在欧洲兴起。该因素结合近期极左派候选人梅朗雄(melenchen)支持率上升给市场提出了最坏的情形，即极左和极右派候选人均进入下个月的第二轮总统大选。该结果或削弱欧元而使英镑获益。该行表示不得不修改其目前对欧元/英镑0.89的年终预测。
不过该行仍然认为，即随着脱欧谈判的进展，英镑/美元今年年底或走低至1.23-1.24区域。
