高盛：美国金融市场接近“最宽松”水平，美联储需每年加息3-4次
高盛首席经济学家Jan Hatzius 撰文称，目前我们的金融状况指数(GSFCI)比2016年均值低50个基点左右，接近过去两年的最宽松水平。
若美联储仍有控制金融市场状况的能力，那为什么持续加息的情况下金融市场状况在近期却宽松了呢？
答案是美联储政策，尤其是利率决议仅占到金融市场状况波动的相对一小部分。其他变化，如全球经济增长提升，通过提升风险资产价格抑制美元大幅升值的方式帮助改善美国金融市场。
因此美联储需要每年进一步加息50-75个基点以让经济稳定于充分就业状态。这基本面符合我们的基金利率预期，到2019年末美联储平均每年将加息3-4次，市场定价仅为一次以上。（来源：FXStreet）
