黄金：
昨日日内缓慢下跌，晚间关注ADP，这是推断非农走势的关键。
而上月也是唯一正常的一次。
从技术面看，昨日晚间消息面没有改变趋势，而只是影响了反弹。而昨日日内下跌，小时线连续收阴，单阳模式，从观察法角度来说，是典型的空头信号。
因此，晚间继续空，特别是空头行情中，压制在分水岭下方都是空。
上方阻力1225附近空，损1231，目标1219-18，强支撑1214一线。
压制在分水岭下方，依然不会给多单建议。
预计晚间ADP利空金价。
友情提示：由于晚间美国小非农数据小幅利多金银走势，但各种技术指标偏向于空头且布林均线有收口的迹象，建议投资者操作当中必须严格止损以避免行情出现单边走势来降低仓位风险；
原油：
原油晚间关注EIA，上方阻力46.60一线，下方支撑45一线，反弹阻力线可布局空，EIA可以围绕区间操作。
