北京时间8月25日15:30至20:30期间，由于经纪商FXCM福汇的数据API接口出现严重技术问题，导致所有FXCM账户订单信息无法同步至Followme在线交易系统。此故障已配合FXCM福汇解决处理，FXCM福汇账户的Followme在线交易系统将于8月25日21:00重新恢复。在此期间FXCM福汇用户平仓订单造成的损失，请保留订单记录，并联系Followme客服人员收集，我们会将信息反馈给FXCM福汇，在FXCM福汇评估后，经纪商会作出相应赔偿，期间给您造成的不便敬请谅解。
