大家都知道，每一次单边行情之前都会出现整理或者反转形态，从历史的走势来看每一次新一轮单边出现之前，行情处于整理形态较多。无论是整理形态还是反转形态，只要我们能够准确的分析它的技术面，整理形态我们要关注价格会在什么时候走出区间延续前期走势，反转形态我们要看到何时是有效的突破走向反转。
这么说来，套单的第一个原因也是根本原因就是--趋势没有把握准确。
例如原油，虽说原油走势上方无顶下方无底，但是我们只要能了解住价格运行在什么样的形态之中，大周期形态划分为小周期形态，这样我们不仅能够把握住行情的趋势更能把握住做单时进出场的准确点位，同时对我们的中长线布局有很大的意义。
另一个原因就是--擅自调动止损
要知道，止损是用来减小损失的，不是用来防止损失的。这个道理很多人在单子方向后是想不明白的。很多人单子一做进去，好，反向一个点两个点，急了，反向20个点，恩，觉得这是个补仓的机会，好，加仓，结果反向依旧再延续，好，把止损调大点，结果单边了，完了，套住了。这就是技术和心态不成熟的原因。
