一、股票属于区域性市场，现货黄金是国际市场；
二、现货黄金市场每天的成交额比股票大很多，（20万亿美金；150万亿人民币）；
三、股票容易受庄家或机构，私募，集团操控；
四、从交易时间来看，股票是4小时交易，现货黄金是24小时交易；
五、从交易规则来看，股票只能买涨，现货黄金可买涨买跌；
六，股票买入卖出，需要有人抛盘或接盘，还要考虑价格优先，数量优先等条件，否则不能成交或者立即成交！而现货黄金，只要是指令发出即刻成交，不用等待，整个过程不到一秒的时间；
七、股票有涨跌限制（A、B股10%），现货黄金没有；
八、股票没有杠杆，现货黄金的杠杆为1：100，利润丰厚；
九、从品种来说，股票现有就有一千八百零七支，选股比较麻烦，现货黄金产品单一，比较容易分析；
十、上市公司可能因经营不善而清盘，化为乌有；现货黄金则永远存在，而且一直是国际货币体系中很重要的组成部分；
十一、股票是100%的资金投入，现货黄金是1%的保证金投入；
十二、股票是T+1；现货金是T+0。
