关于经纪商Exness报价异常的处理公告

你好。由于经纪商Exness在今日出现了报价异常，几个货币对的点差出现了严重偏离，导致部分用户出现亏损或爆仓的情况，在此表示十分抱歉。
针对这类由于报价异常导致的订单问题，如果你对订单执行存在疑议，可以联系Exness官网客服走正常申诉流程，也可以通过以下方式进行申诉，提交申诉信息后将会根据具体情况进行审核补偿处理，大约需要三到五个工作日的时间。
请在邮件中提供以下信息内容，并说明你的订单相关情况，发送邮件至[email protected]：
- 交易账号；
- 手机密码；
- 交易单号；
- 当天交易日志（Log文件），Log文件可以在MT4交易平台 “文件” =》“数据中心”=》Logs，寻找当天的logs添加附件发送给我们。
