@乡村男孩 我做交易不行，但是看人还是蛮准，主人公如期爆仓，如期发道歉微博，个人认为不算道歉，甚至不屑，所以人品大家自己脑补，下面回归正题，怎么看数据选择交易员，大家请仔细了。
1.胜率高，50%以上需警惕！
那么问题来了，胜率高还不行？
并非如此，高胜率跟盈亏比要一起看，请看下图，他平均每笔亏损196.09，平均每笔盈利58.07，差不多1 : 3.5，也就是亏1笔就把3笔盈利吐了，他的胜率为78.13%，为方便计算就定80%胜率，交易10笔，8笔盈利，8X58.07=464.56，2笔亏损，2X196.09=392.18，464.56-392.18=72.38，也就是以80%胜率匹配该盈亏比，交易10笔单实际盈利只有72.38，大家会说最起码还有盈利是不？ 倘若以70%胜率计算呢？
10笔交易，7X58.07=406.49，3X196.09=588.27，406.49-588.27=-181.78，胜率70匹配该盈亏比最终亏损181.78，如果盈亏比继续扩大，那数据更明显，这下大家明白了吧？
这是一个严重的问题，高胜率低盈亏比只有1种可能，盈利单赚一点就跑，亏损扛单，这个数据大家可以看持仓时间，盈利单持仓时间，亏损单持仓时间，亏损单持仓时间是盈利单的2倍以上，基本可以判断为扛单。所以大家以后跟交易员先看这个数据，盈亏比不行就需警惕！,
