1，Web端聊天功能体验优化Web端聊天入口从之前的顶部导航调整到全站页面的右下角；聊天窗口由以前的打开新页面，调整为在任何页面右下角弹窗，使用更加便捷。
2，推出专属客服服务我们为每一位用户提供了专属客服服务，帮助用户了解在社区的所有问题。大家可以通过聊天列表置顶位置找到您的专属客服，为了与您更新近，Ta们都设置了帅帅/美美的头像及大众化的昵称。在聊天的过程中也许会有小秘书/风控中心加入，为大家全方位的解答不同业务的疑问。
