【My Wallet 2.0】is coming!

【Great News】—Followme is about to update “My Wallet” feature. Now you can finally pay for subscription fee with FollowCoin you earn! This update involves the in-app assets of each user, please read the following notice carefully.

 

New Features

1. FollowCoin to FollowCash

The current cryptocurrency we use on Followme---the FollowCoin has officially been changed to FollowCash. The existing FollowCoin will be automatically converted to an equal proportion of the FollowCash. FollowCoin in today’s bonus pool will be distributed in the form of FollowCash, with rules/active points unchanged.

 

2. FollowCash can be used for subscription fee and for present exchange.

a. FCoin Exchange will be replaced by FCash Center. Users can exchange it with present.

b. FollowCash can be used to pay for subscription fee. (same for the converted Fcoins)

c. In the following updates, there will be more usage scenarios, such as reward author or taking quizzes.

 

3. New FollowCoin

a. The new cryptocurrency " FollowCoin" allows users to purchase a certain amount of FollowCoin with cash. There are in total 6 purchase options for selection (GooglePlay version sets 4 levels). The average price is 1 FollowCoin equaling to 1 US dollar. The currently available payment channels are via Paypal, WeChat pay and Alipay pay.

b. Due to Apple's related policies, iOS users can only choose "in-app purchases" to purchase FollowCoin, and an additional 30% fee must be paid to Apple (It is recommended that iOS users use an Android device or visit the website to top up for avoiding the additional charge).

c. Due to Google ’s related policies, Google Play channel users who choose to use the “GooglePay” method to purchase FollowCoin, will have to pay an additional 30% processing fee required by Google, and users in some countries or regions may also have to pay an extra 1% to 25% taxes to the local government. (It is recommended that Google Paly channel users give priority to Paypal).

d. For users who top up FollowCoin for the first time, Followme will give an additional 5% -10% FollowCash as reward.

e. FollowCoin can only be purchased at Followme platform, with no other third-party charging service provided. FollowCoin is a digital cryptocurrency. The system does not provide a refund service after purchase.

 

4. Relations between "new FollowCoin" and " FollowCash"

a. FollowCoin can be exchanged for FollowCash with a conversion ratio of 1:10.

b. FollowCash can’t be reversibly converted into FollowCoin.

 

5. Changes to subscription fee payment, settlement, and refund.

a. From now on, trader subscription no longer supports cash payments. Users can only subscribe to traders with FollowCash. (Subscriptions that have been paid in cash and are still in validity period will not be affected.)

b. When subscribing, the length of a single subscription can only select "30 natural days", with renewal supported.

c. For the subscription fee that is currently unsettled, the system will settle the subscription fee to the trader with FollowCash, and the system will automatically mark the corresponding amount of US dollars.

d. Settlement rules and withdrawal methods are consistent with the current version.

e. For users who are currently subscribing and subsequent subscriptions, if there is a refund of the subscription fee, the cash will not be refunded, and instead, the system will return it in FollowCash.

 

6. APP Code Scanning

The web terminal no longer provides functions of “subscription payment”, “renewal payment”, “payment & settlement record query”. When the user clicks the "Subscribe", "Renew", or "View Record" buttons on the web page, a QR code will be generated. User can scan the QR code with APP to enter the corresponding process.

 

APP Updated Features

1. [APP-Profile] On " Profile" page, there is code scanning function, which has access to My Wallet, FollowCoin & FollowCash assets, seivices of FollowCoin to FollowCoin exchange, and FollowCoin top-up services.

 

2. [APP-Profile-My Wallet] Records and top-up instructions are viewable in My Wallet. Customer service can be contacted. It also provides FCash Center and view the subscription income.

3. [APP-Profile-My Wallet-Top-up FollowCoin] You can choose different top-up option.

4. [APP- Profile-My Wallet-FollowCoin to FollowCash] FollowCoin can be exchanged for FollowCash.

5. [APP- Profile-My Wallet-Top-up FollowCoin] select payment method (non-iOS users). iOS users should use in-app purchases.

6. [APP-Profile-My Wallet-Transaction] can view the top-up and consumption details of each FollowCoin or FollowCash, which can be used as an evidence when an error occurs.

 7. [APP-Profile-My Wallet-Subscription Income] can check the settlement / unsettled / accumulated withdrawal / accumulated income / withdrawable cash amount, and provides withdrawal entry and record query. Account will receive a red dot reminder when there is a new subscription fee settlement.

 8. [APP-Profile-Settings-Set Subscription prices] can set the number of FollowCash required for each 30-day subscription. The current input range is 0-1000 FollowCash. Enter 0 for users to subscribe for free. After confirming, it cannot be modified within 30 days.

9. [APP-Profile-Subscription Setting-Renewal] Account with subscriptions that will expire within 72 hours will receive a notice of renewal. User can renew subscription from this feature.

   

 

Web Updated Features

1. [Web-Navigation] Wallet entry is displayed in the drop-down box of profile picture, which shows the balance of FollowCoin and an entrance to top up FollowCoin.

2. [Web-Top-up] You can top up FollowCoin in the Top-up Center ( It’s recommended for iOS users to purchase FollowCoin in this web page).

 

3. [Web- Top-up] to exchange FollowCoin for FollowCash.

4. [Web-My Wallet] presents subscription income, FollowCoin and FollowCash assets.

5. For refunds on subscription fee, cash refund is not allowed but refund with FollowCash.

6. For the first-time FollowCoin Top-up, an additional 5% -10% FollowCoin will be given away as extra bonus.
