更换交易员不一定是需求，但一定有不够理想的原因在里面。
这个账户半年不到，前后试过7位交易员。且都是一些名声不小的交易员。
期间余额波动在3K - 4.5K之间，却在策略选择上大胆尝试大仓位持仓，最高曾达到标准手数5手以上。
持仓手数过高并不利于账户健康，幸好12月开始将策略调整成仓位较轻的跟单。
该账户目前只跟随了 0519213 的策略，采取了0.3倍跟随规模，按照资金比例，没有大于对方。（跟随法则：跟随规模要低于交易员！）
但此策略目前处于杠状态，让人担心能不能走出来。风险设置留意做好，确保大部分资金安全。
不过，再看之前跟随过策略的#基础盈利数据#，我们可以看到“平均每手盈利”的数值上， diaokeDDD 与 DennisJin666 表现更为突出。
这个数据代表什么呢？代表平均手数的盈利产出。是时间维度之外的效益计量。
