马汇HorseForex风控再出事，平台风控用户还依赖交易协议吗？
平台风控已不是什么行业秘密，到底什么样的行为会遭遇平台风控，投资者在事先了解清楚平台交易规则的情况下仍被风控，就会引起投资者与平台的纠纷，也让双方陷入互相指责的境地。
以下来自用户的投诉：
马汇HorseForex平台以风控为由扣除我的代理佣金和手续费，以及我的两个客户zhangze（18779）和lixiaomei（18733）的盈利共1900美金，并且每个账户还有5000美金的本金不给出金。
发邮件霸王条框强迫我和我的客户认同他们的裁决，马汇官网上明确表示可以用EA进行交易，我和我的客户用了EA，但既不是他们所说的套利也不是什么关联交易，并且在操作中有很多主要盈利来源于手动交易，主要是做多黄金期货。
最主要的是交易账号停用，根本看不到交易记录，如果可以的话可以通过交易记录对峙！！！
对方发了一封裁决邮件后，再也没有回复过我和客户的邮件，后台无法登陆，交易账号无法登陆，本金无法提出！！！百度上有很多受害者！！我知道的还有几个朋友被封了，都是有很多盈利的，所以马汇的手段就是盈利率高或者回撤低的就选择性的封号，竟然还不给提本金！！！这是最不合理最无耻的！！！
