第一，把小时图以下的行情周期从电脑里抹掉，就当没有，这样可以强行解决交易频率，开阔交易者对行情认知的格局。
第二，轻仓，建仓慎用杠杆（杠杆为0），盈利后可加仓一倍仓位，原仓位保护性止损。
第三，交易理念和交易系统如果不能做到复利，就类似于赌博，复利才能批量化长期投资。
第四，不要渴望追求太高的年华收益率，高年华收益率不应该成为交易的目标，而是天时地利人和走出来的结果。
第五，交易的注意力放在风险管理上。
第六，不管任何一个时间，你的持仓让你坐立不安，心神不宁，这一定是你的交易出了问题。
