老黑策略：3.5原油分析策略

美油昨日延续居高震荡态势，上方承压10日线压力，下方5日线支撑也未破，虽隔夜EIA原油库存数据利多原油，但沙特和俄罗斯对减产存在分歧又对油价构成一定打压，所以短线美油陷入不确定的震荡状态，同时这也与欧佩克会议召开在即有很大影响。
目前美油走势难定夺，日线结构上在周一大阳线的作用下，行情并未有连贯性的回升，反倒是持续的居高震荡，这表明周一的大阳线可能仅仅是短线情绪化使然，技术上处于超跌反弹，并未带来强有力的回升动能。而目前行情处于5、10日线之间震荡，也就存在了更多的不确定性，同时这样的震荡行情也使得欧佩克会议更值得期待。
对于欧佩克会议，市场是期待其再减产的，这也是导致周一大阳拉升的影响因素，但是这个问题一直悬而未决，一直没有出现明确的表态，所以欧佩克会议才更值得期待，届时无论是否再减产，都可能引发油价的剧烈波动。
操作上，鉴于欧佩克会议在即的影响，稳健者暂作观望尤为，有待会议给出明确指示后再跟进操作。
