在WTI原油价格跌至19.25附近低点后一天，价格走势出现反弹。
但由于油价在22.00至19.25之间盘整，整体涨幅仍然有限。
除非油价突破其中一个价位，否则油价将保持平稳。
如果出现19.25美元以下的潜在跌势，这将进一步加速跌势。
从上涨的角度看，油价需要在22.00点上方出现令人信服的上涨。
