How to Copy High-Quality Signals with the Upgraded Strategy Section?
What is strategy and how does it work? For users who have not used this feature yet, hopefully you could get a clear understanding of it and use strategy for trading oftenly. As FOLLOWME is upgraded to the 5th version, the Strategy section will be renamed to “Signal” section. Here is the introduction to get you familiarized.
1. What is “Signal”?
A common scene in Followme is when a user tries to find a suitable signal to follow. There are two things that he needs to do:
- Have a certain understanding of Forex trading and his own risk tolerance;
- He needs the filter tool in “Signal” section to find a suitable signal for him.
2. What are the available indicators in “Signal” section?
ROI: Abbreviation of Return of Investment. Calculated after the signal has connected to FOLLOWME. A performance measure used to evaluate the net value curve. The larger the data values, the more the profit will be.
Max DD: Abbreviation of Maximum Drawdown. Calculated after the signal has connected to FOLLOWME. The maximum observed loss from a peak to a trough. The bigger the range is, the greater the potential risk is.
Weeks: Current trading week minus the first week using the signal.
Equity: The current net value of the trading signal, which represents the level of funds in the account.
Subscription protection: The trading signal enables the subscription protection service, and the subscription fee will be refunded if the conditions are met.
Average P/L Ratio: The size of the average profit compared to the size of the average loss per close order after the first transaction using the signal.
Win Ratio: The proportion of profitable orders in close orders using the signal. The larger the data is, the more profitable orders you have.
Risk Aversion: Used to measure if the time ratio is the same holding the profit orders and the loss orders. The higher ratio value represents that the trader can deal with loss orders decisively and the profit orders with patience.
Brokers: Contains the brokers on FOLLOWME that are eligible for traders to apply.
Selected Symbol: The currency pair that you’re interested in.
Here are two images showing how it looks like in Web and app after upgrading.

3. Requirements to be on the “Signal” list
The results show the recent active accounts with 2000+ USD net value, 0+ USD cumulative earning, and 13+ weeks of trading. The results will be refreshed every 10 minutes.
4. Detailed characteristics
- The signals are displayed as a list while using the web. Traders can be selected as needed through the right panel, and the number of results can be viewed through the top.
- While using the app, the filter needs a click on the icon in the upper right corner.
- Simply click the “Add” icon on the right side of the signal to add to Favorites.
- You can also create a group for different signals, and edit the ranking and name of the group.
- If you do not have a specific signal that you want to follow, use “Recommend” on the right side of “Favorites” while using the web. These signals are recommended by FOLLOWME using the big data through your trading.
