欧盟文件显示，欧元区财长们周五就欧盟将向遭受危机打击的国家提供廉价贷款的细节达成一致。
部长们在一次在线会议结束时发表的一份联合声明中说：“我们今天就大流行性危机支持的功能和标准化条款达成了一致，所有欧元区成员国都可以使用该支持，其金额占各自成员国GDP的2％。” 。
