吉尔吉斯斯坦总统被迫辞职
吉尔吉斯斯坦总统索隆拜•热恩别科夫15日宣布辞职，并签署了辞职声明书，他称希望借此来防止安全部队和要求他下台的抗议者之间发生冲突。
他在声明中表示，吉国内政治局势依然紧张，抗议者与护法部门间仍存在发生冲突的可能。
热恩别科夫强调，对其而言，国家的完整、人民的团结以及社会的安定是最高价值所在，“我不想作为一名导致流血事件和向自己公民射击的总统被历史留名”。
吉宪法规定，总统辞职后，议长将代行总统职务，如果议长无法履职，总统职权将由总理代理。#JustIn#
