伦敦进入第二次封锁
周三，英国报告了19,724例新冠肺炎病例，比前一天增加了2,490例，每日死亡人数从周二的143人增加了137人。
近期，英国已经连续十多天每日新冠确诊人数在1万以上，累计感染人数接近64万例。英国工党领导人斯塔莫呼吁在英国进行两到三周的短暂封锁，以应对新冠感染率居高不下的情况，而英国首相约翰逊拒绝对全英格兰实行短期封锁，有42位保守党议员也在投票中就英国的酒吧和餐馆将在夜间十点关闭的规定，投下反对票，称新的封锁规定在没有适当的财政支持下，有可能会将重返1980年代经济萧条的危险。
英国首相约翰逊当地时间14日在接受议会议员们问询时表示，目前情况下实施地方封锁措施控制新冠疫情蔓延，比采取全国性的封锁措施更为有效，但他也表示，不排除下一步采取更为严格的措施。#JustIn#
