做交易其实是一件简单的事，但交易又不是一件简单的事，为什么要这样说呢？
交易的简单主要体现在你自律上，何为自律？就是到了你做单的时候果断下手，其余的你就是持仓或是观望。
交易为什么又不是一件简单的事？交易需要你了解懂得更多东西，尤其我们需要关注美国，毕竟别人是老大，其次英国等国家，我们需要关注他们的经济状况，政治走向，这是对未来趋势走势的一个大方向判断。其次是我们需要自身去学习更多的知识，书本的，实践的，各种指标的作用等，所以交易又不是一件简单的事。
不过，很多可能会说，你说的这些我都已经经历了，可为什么还是亏损？这原因可能会很多，重仓，频繁交易等等。
学会了以上的，我们需要保持一颗克制的心，坚持不到位置不做，这样你还会亏损吗？我相信不大可能，可为什么亏的很多，就是贪心，心急怕行情错过了，结果套的一地鸡毛。以均线为例，下跌趋势，行情反弹触碰均线做空，
