看空欧元：意大利现任总理遭挑战，德国总理今年卸任！

1. 随著欧洲疫情减缓趋势不如预期，许多投行开始修正新一年的欧洲经济预期。
JPMorgan 及 UBS 分别下调欧洲 2021/1Q 的 GDP 展望，由 2%及 2.4%下修至负 1%及负 0.4%，恐使欧洲各国政府增加纾困财政举措的时程与力度。
2. 美国公债标售需求强劲，压低美债殖利率，同时于周三时使欧元区公债利率承压
意大利前总理 M. Renzi 呼吁现任总理 G. Conte 应当向欧盟 ESM 申请援助，否则 Renzi 将在议会中推动重组内阁，甚至要求撤换总理。Renzi 的言论增加欧元区市场的不确定性，也使意大利公债表现逊于其他欧洲主权公债，意大利 10 年期公债利率利差本周以来扩大约 14 个基点。
3. 德国总理 A. Merkel 将于今年卸任，估计德国大选时间为 9.26
旧总理理论上将于新德国联邦议院选举结果出炉后自动失职，而新联邦议会将任命新总理，惟这个时程具体耗时并不确定。以 2005 年、A. Merkel 第一任期为例，当时9/18 议会选举结果便已出炉，但 Merkel 10/10 才确定成为总理。而本次德国大选不确定性也颇高，因此估计新总理确定时程耗时将与 2005 年情况雷同。
4. 美元指数是否续弱不确定性攀升，EUR/USD 跌破去年 11 月来升势的价位 1.2169 后回升，扭转多头趋势，且欧元短天期风险逆转指标开年后骤降，代表期权市场转趋看空欧元，
