德国封城导致经济下行，意大利总理恐被迫辞职！

欧元区最大的经济体德国，自去年第四季起，因为疫情再度快速蔓延，实施严厉的抗疫措施。
德国央行昨日表示，封城措施将令去年第四季的经济处于停滞，但未见收缩，主要是因为工业及建筑业反弹，抵销了零售及款客等行业下跌的冲击。
但央行警告，如果当地封城的措施持续，将会对经济带来重大打击。
与此同时，据媒体的调查显示，市场普遍认为欧元区去年第四季经济将收缩2.5%，而今年首季将增长0.6%，但低过市场上次的调查，而另一调查就指欧元区经济可能出现连续两季收缩，意味陷入经济衰退。
虽然意大利的政局暂时缓和，总理孔特在下议院的信任投票中获胜，但今日将在上议院面临考验。如果在今日稍后的投票中失利，孔特可能被迫辞职，与及提前大选，令意大利的政局再度陷入不明朗因素。
欧洲央行将于本星期举行议息会议，由于接种疫苗的速度较预期慢，而且越来越多人出现副作用，故预料央行委员需要评估对经济带来的影响，但预料不会有货币政策变动。
惟一旦跌穿1.2050，将可能出现新一轮的下跌，到时可能要下试1.19水平。
