Marex计划以5亿英镑在伦交所上市
据了解，最大私营商品经纪商之一Marex日前证实其可能在伦敦证券交易所（LSE）上市。
尽管未透露任何定价细节，但其将争取至少25％的股份上市。Marex内部人士透露，该公司希望在六月底前上市。在上市时，其价值可达到5亿英镑（约合7.03亿美元）。
Marex已与高盛和摩根大通合作，后者担任此次上市的联合全球协调人。
Marex属于JRJ集团（JRJ Group）旗下，后者是由两位前Lehman Brothers投资银行家及两家合作伙伴Trilantic Capital partners和BXR Group共同创立。
该公司股东这几年一直在寻找退出策略，但均以失败告终。近期，随着经纪市场的蓬勃发展，他们决定将公司上市。
根据Marex的报告，该公司2020年收入增长近18％，达到4.147亿美元，而全年税前营业利润增长15.2％，达到6150万美元。
