毛里求斯金融服务管理局(简称FSC)和日本（JFSA）都是完全监管机构。
FSC成立于2001年，为毛里求斯非银行金融服务行业的监管机构。FSC的职权范围包括对证券、保险等金融服务公司进行监督和审查，促进发展公平、效率的非银行金融机构和资本市场的透明度，从而进一步为投资者提供保障。
日本（JFSA）实行的是混业监管，即由金融厅独家对银行业、证券业、保险业及非金融机构进行全面监管。对外汇保证金业务机构的监管，主要包括定期检查（半年或年终结算时等）、随时检查以及交易商每月末提供交易报告等形式。
