先给结论，美指震荡，黄金震荡。从技术面看，美指已经走完了一个4小时的下跌了，时间走完了，空间也走完了，现在处于震荡时期，震荡区间主要看蓝色圈圈的位置，现在多空都不好决策，建议先等待突破。
而黄金，这个星期有数据，星期三的ADP，星期五的非农。有数据之前，通常行情都不怎么活跃。而从技术面分析，现在正处于一个大箱体的中轴线位置徘徊，黄金缺少明确的趋势。所以也是建议多等待。
