哪位大神能帮忙分析一下，我公司被投资公司看上，准备走上市道路，公司股权激励有幸被选中能购买原始股（公司规定有上限份额，没有下限份额），但是上市时间最快5年，上市之后还有三年锁定期，差不多是8年，A伦融资已到位，老板明确表示，前三年没有分红，钱基本都是投资公司，三年后是否有分红看公司经验状况，帮忙分析下值得投资吗求。
