FM信号非主动断连，导致跟随客户订单被强平，造成实际亏损怎么处理
早上一起床，客户反馈账号一夜回到解放前了，我一看卧槽跟随订单全部被强平了，造成了不小的损失，然后看到FM给我的通知说信号断连强平了跟随订单，我一直在睡觉你半夜三更给我断连了算谁责任？我也没有改密码网络极好。然后风控说是最近tmgm的live6服务器问题造成断连，请tmgm @TMGM 官方 @TMGM客服 与FM @风控中心 @风控处理中心 双方友好协商给客户做出赔偿，究竟是你们哪一方责任还是都有责任，请你们沟通好各自承担的赔偿比例。
