7月5日以1.036买涨欧美对，0.21手。想抢反弹。亏损200usd。失败。
错误：主观臆断，赌博心态。认为形成三底会支撑，不顾基本面和技术面。
基本面：美加息和缩表，市场上美元少了，美元涨是必然。而欧元8月可能加息0.25，且幅度不大，欧元承压。且俄乌战争对欧洲影响并不能一时消除。
技术面：日周月线空，跌势中，想抢反弹，逆势作单。
心理面：前做了预警，仅在1.0278才关注是否下单，手动提前下单，没有在下单前考虑防守位，设立有效止损。随着亏损扩大，砍单不愿意，导致亏大。知道逆势应当快进快出，执行不到位，截断损失做不好。
