黄金：日内震荡走强，价格凸显强势，再探1800上方，有望延续涨势，晚间思路继续低多，关注1798附近，防守1792，关注1814压住，破位看1820，注意掌控风险。
原油：短期反弹仍在酝酿跌势，下跌需要时间来兑换，思路上逢高沽空为主，近期关注77附近压制跟空操作，防守77.87，下方关注74.8支撑，跌破看72.5，注意掌控风险。
