Seorang pengguna di broker OctaFX menyatakan baru mau coba aplikasi Copytrading OctaFX tapi sudah kapok karena waktu trading di aplikasi OctaFX deposit tidak masuk-masuk, pengguna hubungi CS namun katanya disuruh tunggu hingga 3 jam namun setelah 3 jam deposit tidak masuk kemudian pengguna hubungi CS kembali dan disuruh menunggu 1x24 tapi tetap deposit tidak masuk juga.
