非机动车为何难以管理？T加0保证金交易为什么做不好？
新的一年节日，街道上比往年少了些布景，楼下也少了很多电动车，几天后又多了些自行车。
随着新zc的出现，或许它们被抬走了，或许在过街时被请去兜风了。
为何非机动车难以管理，因为方便而违规的成本又极低。
为何在明文交规下还会如此混乱，因为完善的只是交规，城市的基建根本跟不上，即使守规矩的人也没法守，这也是城市管经验不足或者是懒z，还有时代再进步导致，规划城市的人他也不知道社会会发展成这样。
做交易也是一样，没有正确的道，没有自己成熟的系统，看的越多，做的越多，也就错的越多。
更何况是t 0的市场，还带着杠杆。
即使有了系统，你也会发现，需要不断优化。
