实际上这次会议只有沙特自愿从今年7月开始额外减产100万桶/日持续一个月外，各国今年下半年的减产计划仍维持不变，而且俄罗斯不愿公开产量，此前路特追踪的油轮数据指出，俄罗斯的出口不减反增，欧佩克此次的减产承诺让市场充满疑虑啊!
