美国能源部下属能源信息署（EIA）发布月度报告预测，今年美国的原油产量将为1256万桶/日，较上次月度预测的1261万桶/日小幅下降；但在明年，美国的原油产量将达到1285万桶/日，和上个月预测的1277万桶/日相比，有小幅提高。EIA预计，今年布伦特原油价格将达到79美元，到了四季度将上涨至80美元，明年将涨至84美元。EIA扭转今年全球产油量预测，认为OPEC+今年的产油量增长小幅下降，略低于需求。
