俄罗斯原油突破价格上限
据外媒报道，消息人士和专家表示，拜登政府准备加强与西方贸易公司、保险公司和油轮所有者的接触，提醒他们遵守七国集团对俄罗斯石油的价格上限，因为俄罗斯旗舰的乌拉尔原油价格已经超过了这一水平。
美国方面希望鼓励买家遵守去年12月G7，欧盟和澳大利亚对俄罗斯原油实施的每桶60美元的价格上限制裁。
