浦华证券最新进展：被暂停牌照，向ASIC承诺，暂停客户出金！
ASIC发现浦华证券Prospero未能在规定时间内提交其截至2023年6月30日的财政年度的年度财务报表和审计报告，违反了AFS牌照持牌条件。若浦华证券Prospero在牌照暂停期间仍未提交上述年度财务报表和审计报告，ASIC将考虑是否会进一步延长其牌照的暂停期限，甚至吊销其牌照。
事出有因，浦华证券其母公司长江换汇的问题，已经是违反澳洲和美国法律的刑事问题，在澳大利亚也很难走后门交钱了事，美国那边的监管可是不是随便就能打发的。
