Important Notice - Improper Use of Swap-Free Instruments on Account No. 67707869

Dear Valued Client,

We have identified trading patterns in your Ultra Low Account No.(s) 67707869 that raised serious concerns about improper use of the swap-free instruments we offer for trading purposes.

Improper use includes, but is not limited to, holding overnight positions on a high number of instruments that would be subject to negative swap charges under other conditions, which were not levied by our Company due to their swap-free status.

Swap-free instruments are offered to Ultra Low account holders to be used in good faith. Clients may not use swap-free instruments to either make profits from swaps or not pay swaps.

As per our Terms and Conditions of Business, we reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments in your trading account to recover any unaccrued swaps and revoke the swap-free status of these instruments following suspicious or improper use.

Starting with immediate effect, you are no longer entitled to swap-free trading in certain instruments in your Ultra Low account(s).

Our decision on this matter is final, and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into, other than the notification set forth herein.
