港股的机会来了
周末香港证监会有两点重要的通知：
（1）将港股通门槛降低至10万。
（2）降低20%港股通股息红利税。
本着救活市场的原则，估计这两条建议通过的概率极大。
并且救港股，也等于救A股。
如果真的能通过，将解决港股最大难题，流动性缺少。
港股通股息红利税影响较小，不过减少20%，可以很好吸引资金沉淀。
影响大的是港股通门槛降低，激活流动性，对现阶段的港股来说非常重要。
因为某些原因，在A股市场中，其实是缺少真正的互联网科技股，比如百度，腾讯等，因此科大讯飞这样的AI科技股在A股市场有较高的溢价。但是，更优秀的腾讯市盈率只有10倍左右，这个估值是不合理的。
因此，流动性的增加，必然带来估值的重置，恒指的上涨已经是呼之欲出。
所以，今年做多港股是个具有高盈亏比的投资
