求助，一个服务器也搜不到

前面没注意，从上周末开始就出现这种情况了，任何一个服务器都搜不到了，怎么解决？

软件是正版的，没有问题；换4G网络也不行；换了安卓手机也不行（目前用的苹果）；mt5软件也是同样一个服务器搜不到
