证监会指出，Quantum AI一直在其网站和社交媒体平台上使用人工智能创建的深度造假视频和图像，冒充马斯克并声称支持其数字资产交易服务，误导公众。此外，该公司还涉嫌通过所谓的“新闻”网站传播虚假和误导性信息，声称香港公众正在利用其技术进行数字资产交易并获取高额回报。
证监会已要求香港警方封锁 Quantum AI 的网站，并删除其社交媒体页面。尽管警方采取了这些措施，证监会仍提醒公众保持警惕，防范可能出现的类似欺诈活动。同时，该实体已被列入证监会的可疑数字资产交易平台警告名单。证监会强调，投资者在面对 "好得难以置信 "的投资机会时应提高警惕，以免上当受骗。
