BaFin对未经授权网站运营商JPM Broker与HighTrustCapital展开调查
德国联邦金融监管局（BaFin）就jpmbroker.com以及brokerinteraktive.com网站向消费者发出警告。
BaFin怀疑jpmbroker.com网站的未知经营商在未获得必要授权的情况下就向消费者提供金融和投资服务。在该网站上，经营者自称为JPM Broker，并提供交易各种金融产品的机会。JPM Broker自称注册地在英国，但并不受BaFin监管。
此外，该德国监管机构还获悉，HighTrustCapital在其网站brokerinteraktive.com上提供金融服务，但未获得必要授权。且HighTrustCapital不受BaFin监管。
任何在德国开展银行业务或提供金融或投资服务的公司都必须获得BaFin的授权。然而，有些公司在未获得必要授权的情况下提供这些服务。有关特定公司是否获得BaFin授权的信息可在BaFin的公司数据库中找到。
